Why Deep Motivation?
Because Deep Motivation it's a different way of education for all ages, all cultures, all nationalities, all professions etc Motivating yourself constantly can lead to increased productivity and allows you to achieve higher levels of consciousness.

Why do I need motivation?
We all need motivation at some stage because this is what energizes, maintains, and controls behaviors. Deep Motivation can inspire, motivate you and ultimately guide you to find simple steps to success, profound happiness and a fulfilling direction in your life.

What motivation do I need?
The real importance of understanding the different types of motivation is in our ability to determine which form of motivation is the most effective for inspiring the desired behavior in either others or ourselves. 

There are 6 types of motivation:

INCENTIVE (Bonuses and promotions are good examples of the type of incentives that are used for motivation);

FEAR (Punishment or negative consequences are a form of fear motivation. This type of motivation is commonly used to motivate students in the education system and also in a professional environment to motivate employees) ;

ACHIEVEMENT (this is commonly referred to as the drive for competency, we are driven to achieve goals and tackle new challenges);

GROWTH (The need for self-improvement is truly an internal motivation; is a burning desire to increase our knowledge of ourselves);

POWER (The motivation of power can either take the form of a desire for autonomy or other desire to control others around us. We want to have choices and control over our own lives);

SOCIAL (This may be a desire to belong and to be accepted by a specific group or a desire to relate to the people in our sphere or in the larger world)

Is it safe to order online? 
Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your details.  Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure servers.

If I need to change my order, who can help with this?
If you want to edit or cancel your order then please notify us asap. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes or cancellation.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

What happens to deliveries around Bank Holidays?
Bank Holiday are non-working days in the UK, so please allow for one extra day.

How can I return a product?
Please return your unwanted items to 67 Aldridge Avenue, Stanmore, London, HA7 1DB. All return needs to be notified via email with proof of damage (if it is the case), otherwise, you won't receive the refund.

I shipped something back to you. Do you have it yet?
We process returns within 48 hours of receipt and will notify you by email when we have done so.  

How long before I get a refund?
Once we’ve emailed to say we have issued a refund for you, it can take anywhere between 2 and 5 working days depending on which bank you are with.

I've sent back my order but I paid with a gift voucher. What happens now?
We always issue refunds according to the original payment method.  So, if you used a gift voucher we'll issue you with a new online code.  This will be emailed to you once we have processed your return.

My gift voucher isn't working.
Sorry about this! Email orders at info@deepmotivation.net with your voucher code and we will sort this out for you.
Our gift voucher codes do not automatically carry over any remaining balance so we'll need to issue you with a new gift voucher if this is the case.  Please email us your gift voucher code and we'll sort this out for you.

Why can’t I add something to my basket?
If you cannot add an item to your basket or there is no size option, it usually means that the item is out of stock.

You've sent me the wrong item or part of my order is missing.
Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies. We try really hard to make sure everything is perfect, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please contact us at info@deepmotivation.net your orders and we'll get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

I have a faulty item, what should I do?
We are really sorry about this. Please email us at orders with your order number and a couple of photos of the fault and we'll sort this out for you.  We may ask that you return the item to us.


My order still hasn’t arrived, I think it is lost?
If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot resend your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.


Are your products Legit?
Amazed that we get asked this… but we’re always proud to answer that of course they are. We work directly with an amazing and very limited set of brands who care as much about their products as we do.


I’ve sent you an email, when will you reply?
We try to reply to all emails within 24 hours. Our office is closed on weekends and Bank Holidays / Federal holiday so we will look to reply the next working day.


Where do you deliver?
At the moment to the US only. We are planning to extend.


What's the shipping time?
Please note: Due to the high volume of orders, processing can take up to 5 working days. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an e-mail notification with updated shipping information.

If your product is in stock it will leave our warehouse in 5-7 days. Usually, it can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your item after you receive our email notification. Please allow another 5-7 days for USPS delivery.

Please note that if you have purchased multiple items, which consist of custom order and in-stock merchandise, we will ship your complete order once the custom item is ready. If you wish to receive the in-stock item on your order faster, please note that you will be required to pay a separate shipping fee of $5.99. Please contact us with this request.
